As per the law,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Only married Indian couples facing specific medical conditions can access surrogacy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Commercial surrogacy is banned.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Surrogates must be close relatives of the intending couple.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In spite of new regulations, the surrogacy market in India holds significant potential due to a mix of demographic, social, and medical factors.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"color: #000000;\">\n<li style=\"color: #000000;\">\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Rising Infertility Rates<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>India&#8217;s infertility rates have been on the rise due to factors such as lifestyle changes, late marriages, pollution, and stress.
